Our website is two years old today, and we are going to celebrate! Celebration the first is a contest. Oh my. (Celebration the second will be the unveiling of the sort-of secret project I’ve been working on!)
How would you explain Steampunk Family to someone who’d never heard of us? Tell us in the comments for a chance to win fabulous prizes! Well, a mildly interesting prize, anyway. It can be any length, from the classic movie pitch (It’s 5 Children and It meet Kim Possible! With Monkeys!) to something more substantial. The winner will be chosen in the most arbitrary and capricious manner possible, or probably, whatever makes us laugh.

The Steampunk Family is a creation of such extra-ordinary proportion that one must read it with ones own eyes to quite comprehend the fantastical wonderfulness that surrounds the vonHedwigs and their associates. I rate this a 12 on a scale of 1 to 5!! Appropriate for all ages, genders, time periods and MONKEYS!!
How I would describe Steampunk Family…Think “Five Weeks in a Balloon” meets Jules Verne. Steampunk Family has adventure, drama, interesting encounters, explosions, and grandmothers!
